On Page SEO is the optimization of your meta tags, description (meta tags and description is what displays on Google and needs to be relevant to the subject of your website. We'll make sure your website has all the right words, links and everything else it needs in order to perfrom well on search engines.
Off Page SEO
SEO doesn't stop at the website. Believe me I wish it did. Your website will need several good backlinks (links linking back to your website from other reputive sites). These links tell Google that your website is trusted, and will enable your website to rank for keywords much faster. It's the best and most important form of advertising that can be done in regards to a website. There are developers out there that will tell you that backlinks are not necessary, however in my many years of experience, I beg to differ.
Domain Mapping
Your website just won't magically appear on Google or any other search engine. You or we rather must submit your domain to the search engine by way of sitemap. This allows the search engine to crawl the source code of your website and index all your pages.
As far as DNS records are concerned (DNS records is all the website puke that needs to be just so in order for your professional email to work and for your domain to pull up your website).
